Sam Erin is a queer Young Adult Librarian in New York City who specializes in comics and graphic novels. He has worked in libraries for nearly ten years, in many different kinds of libraries on Long Island, NY, in other parts of New York City, and in Lowell, MA. He received his MLIS from St. John’s University in Queens in 2022 after receiving his BA in History in 2020. In his free time, Sam serves as a board member for GeeksOut and as the Literary Coordinator for FlameCon, the world’s largest Queer Comic Con. He currently lives in Astoria, NY with his demon cat and too many books. He really needs to find more hours in the day to nap.
