The Monster on the Hill (Top Shelf, 9781603090759)
Eva: I had a chance to flip through Monster on the Hill while I was at SDCC and it looks fantastic. I can’t wait to sit down and read it all the way through.
Snow: I’m also eager to read Monster on the Hill. Top Shelf’s kids’ comics are always, ahem, “top” notch (sorry), so I am sure this one will be also.
 
Porcelain: a Gothic Fairy Tale (Improper Books, 9781447461319)
Jennifer W: I looked at the online preview for Porcelain – it looks like something Courtney Crumrin fans might like. Sadly, it is not available through Amazon or Baker and Taylor so I can’t buy it for the library )-:
 
The Reason for Dragons (Archaia, 9781936393749)
Gail: Looking forward to this title — the act of oral storytelling in comic book format is always a pleasure.
Snow: I too am looking forward to The Reason for Dragons. I hadn’t heard of it previously, but the word “dragon” is always likely to catch my eye and after reading up on it on the Archaia website, it sounds like it’s right up my alley.
