Books of Magic Deluxe Edition (Vertigo, 9781401237813)
Andrew: Oooo, I didn’t know there was a deluxe Books of Magic coming out. That’s certainly worth having a look at.
Snow: I pretty much said what Andrew said!
Gail: This is one title that caught my attention as well.
Black Butler Volume 12 (Yen Press, 9780316225342)
Jenny: I’m looking forward to the darkly supernatural Victorian doings of Black Butler 12, though I need to catch up first. I want to see if and how different the manga is from the anime adaptation. Also, Sebatsian’s scary cool.
A Bride’s Story Volume 4 (Yen Press, 9780316232036)
Snow: I did a little happy dance for Bride’s Story 4. Soooooooo gooooooood.
Jenny: I’m already on hold for Bride’s Story 4 and add my “o”s to the chorus of “soooo gooood!”s. 🙂
Calling Dr. Laura (Mariner Books, 9780547615592)
Robin: From the buzz I’ve been hearing, and the related author tour info, my interest has been piqued by Calling Dr. Laura. It looks like it’ll appeal on many points to my Alison Bechdel fans, plus it looks like there’s a great sense of humor to go along with a startling family mystery.

Ultimate Comics X-Men by Nick Spencer Volume 2 (Marvel Comics, 9780785161349)
Michael: Pretty much all of Marvel’s Ultimate Comics line has been innovative and interesting due to their freedom from maintaining a status quo. They’re totally worth picking up just to see the sheer amount of change allowed in them.
