Hello all!

I’m posting here to let you all know that I have the honor of co-teaching two online continuing education courses over this next Spring and Summer for Simmons College. If any of you out there want to learn more about graphic novels, manga, teens, online literacy, online life, and just have fun, these are the classes for you!

If you’ve never tried it, online classes are a great way to learn — I did my entire library degree that way, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and I still maintain it was one of the best learning experiences I’ve ever had.

The two classes I’m co-teaching are:
Manga, MP3’s and MMORPGs: New Mediums and Young Adults (in May)

and
Teen Reading Culture Online: Read It, Blog It, Write It (in June)

Click on the links for the class summaries, and feel free to email me at robin at noflyingnotights.com with questions.
