Russ:Â Yay, Jeff Smith’s Little Mouse! Â But I’d still want the hardcover version over a paperback.
Lizzie Newton: Victorian Mysteries Volume 2Â (Seven Seas Entertainment,9781937867089)
Jennifer W:Â I really liked the first Lizzie Newton and can’t wait to read the second. I know, me! Anticipating manga!
Teen Titans Omnibus by Geoff Johns (DC Comics, 9781401236939)
Russ:Â It will be interesting to see it the Teen Titans Omnibus gathers any following from fans of the TV series. Â I trust Geoff Johns to do something interesting, but haven’t kept up with this one.
Tiger & Bunny –Set 1 (Viz)
Jenny: Tiger & Bunny is an interesting mix of eastern storytelling style and western superhero themes and therefore a nice introduction to anime for novice fans. CG is prevelent but used well and tells a fun buddy story that’s a little different from the current mainstream in that the principals are actually *gasp* adults and not teenagers (one of them is even a single dad!). It’s such a nice change to see characters closer to my own age!
